SHIPPING

There is no shipping fee for digital items.

 NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE MAILED

RETURNS

Digital Items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please read the item description and look at the pictures before you make a purchase.

PHYSICAL ITEMS

SHIPPING

It is free to ship your items to you in the United States. The cost of shipping has been estimated and included in the total cost of the items.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of sale. After payment is cleared, the purchased item(s) will be shipped to the address provided within one business day. However, if it is a custom order, the item will be shipped as stated in the item’s listing.

Digital Paper Shack accepts PayPal payments and Stripe for secure online transactions.

Through PayPal, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. A PayPal account is not required for you to make secure purchases on our website via PayPal.

Digital Paper Shack does not gather or store any of your financial information.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it up to 30 days after date of purchase for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition. 

You, the buyer, will be responsible for return shipping cost. If the item was misrepresented by Digital Paper Shack, then return shipping is paid by Digital Paper Shack. Please supply Digital Paper Shack with all supporting evidence, including pictures to support your claim.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If the item is damaged when you first receive it, please contact us immediately and send pictures of the damaged item, including pictures of the original shipping container.

LEGAL NOTE

When making a purchase on this site, you are entering into a legal and binding contract between you, the buyer, and the seller, Digital Paper Shack. Buyer must be at least 18 years of age to make any purchases on this website.

Digital Paper Shack will not be held liable for any purchases made illegally by under-aged or unauthorized buyer. Nor will Digital Paper Shack be liable for any damage that may occur to your computer or any device you use to access our website.
