Downloadable products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Physical Products
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. The item must be in its original condition. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if an error occurred by us, we would pay the return shipping charges.
