This website is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and useful experience.

You must be 18 years or older to use our Services. Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our Services through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission and under their direct supervision. Children under 13 years are not permitted to use Digital Paper Shack or Services. You are responsible for all account activity conducted by a minor on your account.

Digital Paper Shack processes members’ personal information (for example, buyer name, email address, and shipping address) and are therefore considered separate and independent data controllers of buyers’ personal information under EU law.

  2. You are responsible for your actions on this website. By purchasing an item, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and confirm that you have the legal right to complete the purchase.

Provide accurate information about yourself. It’s prohibited to use false information or impersonate another person or company through your account.

Protect your password.  You’re solely responsible for any activity on your account, so it’s important to keep your account password secure.

You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may update these Terms from time to time, including by adding entirely new terms and deleting existing terms. If the changes are material, we’ll let you know in advance by posting the changes through the Services and/or sending you an email or message about the changes. Your use of the Services after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Digital Paper Shack.

  1. Rights To Suspend or Terminate.
    You agree that this website, in its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice. Such actions are based on but not limited to: (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules and policies of this website. (b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non-paying bidder/customer. In most cases when we suspect foul play, we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated. This website also reserves the right to limit and/or restrict the use of its service, at its own discretion. Limits will typically be applied if we believe, at our sole discretion, that a member is abusing our services.

If you don’t agree with the Terms, you may not use our Services.

Terms & Conditions for User‑Submitted Content

  1. User Content Submission

By submitting any images, artwork, graphics, text, slogans, photographs, or other materials (“Content”) for use in customizing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You understand that the Content you provide will be used solely for the creation of your customized product unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You affirm that you either:

  • Own all intellectual property rights to the Content, or
  • Have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or rights to submit and use the Content for product customization.

You retain ownership of your Content. However, by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify the Content solely for the purpose of producing your customized product.

  1. Copyright & Trademark Compliance

You agree not to submit Content that:

  • Infringes upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Uses logos, brand names, characters, or protected designs without authorization
  • Includes images or text copied from the internet without permission

We reserve the right to refuse any Content that appears to violate intellectual property laws.

  1. Respectful & Appropriate Content

You agree that your submitted Content will not include:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language
  • Violence, threats, or graphic imagery
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material
  • Defamatory statements
  • Content intended to bully, demean, or harm any individual or group

We may reject or cancel orders containing inappropriate or harmful Content at our discretion.

  1. Accuracy & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of names, dates, spelling, and design details
  • Providing high‑quality images suitable for printing
  • Confirming that the Content complies with all applicable laws

We are not liable for errors, low‑resolution images, or design issues resulting from the Content you provide.

  1. Right to Decline or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any Content that violates these Terms
  • Cancel orders containing prohibited or infringing Content
  • Request proof of ownership or permission when necessary

If an order is canceled due to violation of these Terms, you may be refunded at our discretion.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:

  • Your submitted Content
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Misuse or unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material
  1. No Guarantee of Production

Submission of Content does not guarantee production. Orders may be paused or canceled if Content review raises concerns about legality, safety, or appropriateness.

  1. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.

Liability Waiver

By submitting Content and purchasing customized products, you acknowledge and agree that customization involves user‑provided materials that may vary in quality, resolution, and suitability. You understand and accept that:

  • We are not liable for printing imperfections, color variations, or design outcomes caused by the Content you provide.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal claims arising from your use of customized products.
  • You assume full responsibility for ensuring the Content is lawful, appropriate, and free of intellectual property violations.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us from any claims related to the creation, sale, or use of customized products based on your submitted Content.

AI‑Generated Content

If you submit Content created in whole or in part using artificial intelligence tools, you affirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use, reproduce, and submit the AI‑generated Content.
  • The Content does not violate any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • The Content does not contain harmful, misleading, or defamatory material.
  • You understand that AI tools may generate Content similar to other users’ creations, and you accept that we are not responsible for any overlap, similarity, or originality concerns.

We reserve the right to reject AI‑generated Content that appears infringing, unsafe, or inappropriate.
